Thorney Motorsport/Milltek race exhaust system
On 19 November 2009 the Corsa was taken to Thorney Motorsport for a stage 2 engine remap. As part of this upgrade a Thorney Motorsport/Milltek full race exhaust system was fitted

19 November 2009 - fitment of Thorney Motorsport/Milltek race exhaust system
This full Thorney Motorsport VXR Corsa race exhaust system was developed with Milltek Sport. It is the same system as fitted to the hugely successful Thorney Motorsport Corsa race car.
Fully contructed from the highest quality stainless steel the full system comprises a full 3" tapered bore design with a precat replacement pipe (removes a precat and replaces it with a straight through pipe), a 200 cell HJS race cat, a centre section and rear silencer with trianagular trim that matches the rear valance cutout perfectly.
In development testing gave approximately 8-10 BHP regardless of tune level of car.
The heat reducing attributes of the race exhaust allows a more aggressive ECU remap for the car enabling even more power to be generated whilst still retaining 100% reliability and longevity for the engine.
